2. DEFINITIONS

2.1 The processing of personal data is any activity - collection, processing, storage, correction or deletion of data - that is performed on the personal data of a website user (hereinafter referred to as the user).

2.2 Users are all persons who visit the Website, consume the Services or transmit information to Must CrossFit. For example, reading articles, subscribing to services or contacting Must CrossFit by email.

2.3 Services means all free and paid products and services offered by Must CrossFit, including downloadable guides, e-books, e-training and nutrition plans, video training or consultations.

3.2 Must CrossFit collects the following personal information about users through the Website in the ways described below:

3.2.1 User's name and e-mail address - when the user downloads training materials/training and nutrition plans in order to send him/her the materials.

3.2.2 User's name and email address - if the user subscribes to the Must CrossFit newsletter, we will send him/her company and business related news, notifications of new blog posts or products and services;

3.2.3 Website traffic statistics - using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel.

 

4. USE OF PERSONAL DATA

4.1 Must CrossFit uses personal data:

4.1.1 for the purpose of providing a service to the User, such as signing and fulfilling a contract, communicating with the User, billing;

4.1.2 to send notifications to the User's e-mail address about new articles, services and promotions, but only with the User's prior consent.

4.2 Must CrossFit uses website traffic statistics to improve the website user experience and for more effective marketing.

4.3 The User has the right at any time to object to the processing of his or her personal data, unless this is necessary for the fulfilment of a contractual requirement, including the delivery of a service.

5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

5.1 A third party is a contractual partner of Must CrossFit who processes personal data and through whose product or service Must CrossFit provides services to the user.

5.2 Must CrossFit uses third parties to provide for its day-to-day operations:

.2.2 Odoo - CRM, email forwarding and management system

5.2.3 WODIFY - e-mail forwarding and booking system for training/seminars.

5.2.4 Google - website usage statistics analysis

5.2.5 Facebook - analysis of social media usage and social media statistics

5.2.6 Montonio Finance - we transfer the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor Montonio.

5.3 In addition to the third parties mentioned in the previous point, Must CrossFit transfers the user's personal data to a cooperation partner. This is only to the extent necessary for the delivery of the service to the user.

6. LINKS TO OTHER PAGES AND EMBEDDED CONTENT

6.1 Some pages (such as the blog) and files of products/services to be purchased (training and diet plans), contain links to other websites or embedded content, such as a Youtube video, which you can watch directly from the blog and/or downloadable file. Technically, when you consume embedded content, you are visiting another website where the terms and conditions of that website apply. These sites may collect data about you, replace cookies or transfer your data to third parties.

7. STORAGE AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

7.1 Must CrossFit will store personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it is collected or as required by law. For example, an e-mail address on a mailing list will be kept for as long as the user expresses the wish to remove it.

7.2 Must CrossFit will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal data processed. Access to modify and process personal data is available only to authorised persons and personal data of all users is treated as confidential information.

8.1 The User has the right at any time to:

8.1.1 request access to their data;

8.1.2 request the correction, updating or, under the conditions prescribed by law, deletion of personal data;

8.1.3 request the restriction of the processing of personal data;

8.1.4 request the transfer of personal data.

8.3 If a user is a member of the Must CrossFit mailing list, he/she will be able to remove himself/herself from the mailing list and unsubscribe from further mailings via the link at the end of the letter. In order to restrict the use of cookies, the user can set the appropriate options in his/her browser settings.

8.4 If the User believes that his/her rights have been violated in the processing of personal data, he/she has the right to contact the Data Protection Inspectorate.
