1. The services offered in the sports club of CFV OÜ (hereinafter Must CrossFit) are for use to all customers - club members and people using the club's services on the basis of a single pass.       
          When staying in a sports club, all clients are obliged to follow the rules of the sports club.

2.      Person/client (who uses the services of Must CrossFit) must be aware of his / her state of health and to be convinced that the exercise and training is safe and permitted to him / her. If necessary, consult a doctor before starting out.

3.     Must CrossFit is not responsible for any injuries, traumas or illnesses received at the Sports Club that may affect person/clients health. If you have purchased our club card, you confirm that you have taken full responsibility for your health condition which allows you to participate in the training.

4.     Training must fully support the persons/clients mental, physical and social well-being and health. If there is a suspicion that training at the Sports Club poses a threat to the person/clients health or well-being, then Must CrossFit representative (incl. the coach working there) has the right not to allow the person/client to train and make recommendations to visit a doctor or other specialist. If the condition does not improve significantly, the Sports Club has the right to not allow the person/client into the training; in this case, the membership fee or the basic course (INTRO course) fee will not be refunded or compensated.

5.                    5 The club is not responsible for the personal property of the person/client and does not offer a guarding service. If necessary contact the staff, who can place valuables in the mini safe at the Sports Club. 

  1. The club has the right to make changes in the club's opening hours, price list, timetable, etc.

  2. The Club Coach has the right to cancel the training within a reasonable time if less than 3 people have registered for the training.

8.      Children under the age of 16 may participate in training only in the presence and full responsibility of a parent or with written permission. The sports club reserves the right not to allow children under the age of 16 to train if the service staff deems it necessary.

9.      Children who do not participate in the training process are not allowed to be in the training area during the training. Must CrossFit is not responsible for any of the children´s injuries, traumas, illnesses received at the Sports Club, this responsibility stays entirely with the parent.

10.   Must CrossFit may take, use and distribute any photo and video material of the person/client in connection with their workouts/training and use it to their best interests.

11.   All customers are expected to have a prudent communication with sports club equipment and co-trainers.

  1. At Must CrossFit Sports Club, services are provided only by persons authorized by the club. A member is prohibited from providing any services in a sports club (such as, but not limited to, training / counseling / instruction in a gym or swimming pool) to third parties (including other members) without the written consent of the club. If the client provides coaching services to other persons despite the comments of the sports club staff, Must CrossFit has the right to unilaterally​​​​​​​ terminate his / her club membership (not compensated financially or in any other way) and ban the client's use of the club.

  2. If the membership card is used by another person, the club has the right to confiscate the membership card from that person and ask a single pass fee for every breached visit and unilaterally cancel the membership card (not compensated financially or in any other way).

  3. If the training is canceled earlier than 2 hours before the start of the training by person/client, the sports club has the right to mark 1 pass/training used to the person/client membership card and / or reduce the validity of the period card (e.g. monthly card) by 1 day.

15.   In order to ensure order in the premises of the sports club, the client is obliged to put the training equipment back in place and clean it (disinfect) after use (i.e. in group training only after the end of group training). 

  1. If the theft is detected by the customer, the person who committed the theft will be subject to an unavoidable lifetime ban to the use of the club, and no refund will be made for the purchased club packages. The club has the right to demand compensation for the damage caused by the theft.

  2. In case of violation of internal rules or rude and bad behavior, the service staff has the right to ask the visitor to leave, establish a fine of up to 50 € to the customer, close the membership card for a lifetime and / or unilaterally cancel the membership card. In this case, no refund will be given for club packages and tickets purchased. The club has the right to demand full compensation for the damage caused to the club.
