I was caught by the sports bug at an early age and after 8+ years of gathering experience on the football pitch, I made my way to Australia where I obtained a Certificate III & IV in Fitness and later, on my return to Estonia, a CrossFit LVL-1 Trainer.  I'm here to help you with my knowledge and advice, whether it's learning the specific elements of CrossFit, lifting, conditioning, or if you're a beginner in training and need someone by your side to keep you on the right track!

Helerin Äär / nutrition coach (EST/ENG)

My journey to healthy eating started when I was working out at the gym and I started to wonder how I could support my workouts with nutrition.  I quickly realised that I wanted to learn more about it and in early 2017 I joined Annely Soot's Health School. After 2 years of studies I immediately started consulting clients on the side of my main job, which I still do today. I continue to educate myself in nutrition on a daily basis by attending various seminars and reading professional literature and research articles.

I'm on a mission to make healthy eating a lifestyle for my clients, healthy choices should accompany us every day and for the rest of our lives, and it's okay to indulge in the occasional treat. Healthy eating is definitely not a short-term project, but a lifelong habit and a conscious decision to give your body the best fuel every day to feel better and stay healthy.

How do I eat? 90% of the food that goes into my mouth has to support my health, body and mind in some way, which means that the food I eat has to contain vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytonutrients in addition to carbohydrates, proteins and fats. I'll leave 10% for whatever the soul craves 🙂 ..
